Community Use of Facilities - Rent a Facility

Please note:  There is a minimum 2 weeks' notice required for any facility request. All request made within the 2 week window will not be considered and will be denied. 

Keene School District is pleased to announce a new Calendar Based system, called Community Use provided by SchoolDude, for the submission of Facility Rental requests. Please Note: The page contains the link to begin the process, how to use the system quick guide, visual and video guiede provided by SchoolDude, as well as important documents at the bottom of the page. ( Policy KF, Fee's associated with rental, crowd control certification process,

Please follow the prompts to register and login to the Community Use system.  If you need assistance, please use the links below:

Quick Guide how to
use the system

  1. Click the link above
  2. This link will bring you to an interactive calendar 
  3. In the top right corner of the calendar page click "login"
  4. New users will then click "Create One" and return users will simply login
  5. New users will be asked a series of questions about their organization
  6. Once completed click "submit"
  7. Your request to be a user of the system is then sent to the Maintenance Department for review
  8. Once approved to be a user you will receive email confirmation
  9. After you have received this notification sign in  using Steps 1-4
  10. At this point above the calendar you will see 7 tabs - Click "Request Facility Use"
  11. Follow the on screen instructions to submit a request.
